Nose Re-Surgery

Is complete removal the right choice?

Only septal cartilage was used, and there are extensions on both sides of the septum, plus two layers of tip cartilage placed on top. The conclusion is that the septum inside my nose is currently deviated and blocking the airway on one side. I consulted the three major clinics + one more place, and two places said complete removal is possible + reinforcement if needed (one opinion was that reinforcement probably wouldn’t be necessary), one place said reinforcement with costal cartilage, and one place refused. Is complete removal the right choice? I’m worried that even if things are fine right after removal, whether it’ll still be okay decades later.. Is there anyone here who had a lot of septal cartilage used like me, got complete removal, and is living well?
