Nose Re-Surgery

I'm new to nose implant removal,,,, please tell me..

If I have removal done, does that definitely mean contracture won’t happen? During the removal process, if cartilage is shaved and inserted because of a saddle nose or a step-off, or if the area is filled with autologous dermis, is there a risk of contracture or an upturned nose?? After my nose surgery, my nostrils became triangular and angular; if I remove it, will they become round again? I heard there are cases where the nose becomes higher than the original nose after nasal implant removal, and I’m wondering under what conditions that’s possible. When looking at the nose from the front, the alar rim usually forms a parabola like a quadratic function, but after surgery mine looks like the letter ㄷ rotated 90 degrees. When removing it, will the quadratic-function-like parabola come back like my original nose? I had functional nose surgery done together during my first surgery, and if they don’t touch the septum that was repositioned for deviated septum surgery while doing the removal surgery, could problems like the nose becoming crooked or collapsing occur? I’m curious how soon nose removal is possible after the first surgery, when it is safest, and what risks there are if it’s removed too early!! Seniors, please let me know
