Nose Re-Surgery

What material did you use for revision rhinoplasty?

It has been exactly 10 years since my nose surgery, and I’m living with a chalk-like nose, so I’m trying to look into revision rhinoplasty.. lol They say if your skin is thin or not very elastic, using an implant wider than the nasal bone width or inserting it too thickly can make it show through in a chalk-like shape. I’m guessing this is probably why I ended up with a chalk-like nose too.. lol I don’t think I was that greedy about height for my first surgery, so why did it turn out like this.. But it doesn’t hurt or get red or anything like that, only the implant shows. I’m looking at clinics that seem to have a lot of cases similar to mine. Doctor Romi, Cowell, and Cheoeumcheoreom seem to be good at making overly done noses look natural. I wasn’t only trying to look at single-doctor clinics, but as I kept finding decent clinics, they all ended up being single-doctor clinics.
