I successfully had revision rhinoplasty for a crooked, upturned nose using autologous costal cartilage

Before surgery, the crookedness and upturned shape of my nasal tip kept bothering me, so every time I looked in the mirror, I consciously tried not to look at my nose as much as possible.. He also suggested the option of customized silicone, and I especially liked that he would prepare two different heights and carefully match the one that looked most natural on my face during surgery, so I decided to go ahead with surgery right away~! On the first day after surgery with autologous costal cartilage, it was uncomfortable to breathe because of the nasal packing, but aside from that, there was nothing particularly uncomfortable. The next day, the packing was removed right away, and they provided regular aftercare, so my recovery process was fast thanks to that. After that, I was able to go to work without difficulty. At the one-month mark, people around me all said it looked much more natural and turned out well, and that it was much better, so I was satisfied. Even now, three months later, they have continued to monitor my progress, so there was no time for any discomfort to build up, and they answered my questions right away each time, so I liked that I did not have to search for information separately.
