The first clinic said they would raise the nasal bridge with silicone, the nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, do alar reduction, and shave a little skin on both sides of the nose. The second clinic also said they would use silicone for the nasal bridge, donated costal cartilage for the columella area, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, shave the hump slightly, and also correct the nasal bridge that looked slightly crooked on the CT scan.
