It’s already been 3 months since I finally had nose surgery. Now it feels so comfortable and natural, like my own nose. Before surgery, my biggest concern was that I had a really severe bulbous nose and a short columella, which made my overall impression look blunt. So I had bulbous nose correction, nasal bridge augmentation, and nostril reduction all at once, and I really think it was the best decision.
