Overall, I wasn’t that happy with the shape either, but I had a severe hump and wide nostrils. I had hump osteotomy, columella correction, and nostril reduction, and it’s been one month now. The swelling seems to have gone down a lot. They said that over time, the nasal tip will come down more and settle into a straighter line. Even now, I think the shape looks okay? I’m satisfied. I recommend it to men.
