Nose Surgery Reviews

1-Month Review of Nose Surgery at Gonggan Plastic Surgery (Bulbous Nose + Columella Correction)

I had surgery on December 18, 2025, and it was my first nose surgery. I immediately ruled out large hospitals (factory-style clinics), and while looking for either a clinic with a single director or one specializing only in nose surgery, my consultation with the consultant and director at Gonggan Plastic Surgery felt the best, so I decided to go there. More than anything, my aunt also had revision surgery there, and I saw her three months later and it looked okay, so I did mine there too. My original nose had almost no nasal bridge, and the nasal tip? nostril wings? everything was wide and unattractive. So I asked them to raise the height of my nose as much as possible, but said I didn’t want a nose that looked too thin and sharp. Septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction + short nose correction + columella correction + silicone implant for the nasal bridge I basically had almost everything that can be done to a nose. It’s been about one month since surgery now, and every time I post a story on Instagram, friends who still don’t know I had my nose done reply asking, “Was your nose always this pretty?”... Especially my side profile!! It’s so convenient and nice that I don’t have to edit my nose at all lol. Honestly, everyone whose nose is a complex, I think it’s not a bad idea to think carefully about surgery and try it. It gives you confidence and raises your self-esteem, so I’m really satisfied these days haha
