Review of revision rhinoplasty in my 40s

I had rhinoplasty once about 14-15 years ago. Back then, Gore-Tex was popular as a rhinoplasty material, and it was a time when only the height of the nasal bridge mattered more than the nasal tip. I lived for quite a long time without any major complaints, but at some point, every time I took a photo of my side profile, I looked masculine, my mouth looked like it protruded too much, and my confidence dropped. To be honest, it wasn't that my nose had inflammation or contracture, so I wondered if I should just live with it.. I was also scared of having another major surgery. Then I thought I should at least get a consultation, so I went around to several places, and the director at the clinic pinpointed exactly what I was unhappy with and calmly explained well how it could be improved and what kind of design would suit me. In short, he said my nose looked like an Avatar nose and masculine because the starting point was so high~ If the starting point is high, the height up to the nasal tip also has to rise dramatically to match that starting point, but he said that because I was born with a small nose, it would be difficult for my nose to be made that dramatic. He said that if we lowered the starting point a bit and made the nasal tip pretty, it would create dimension from the forehead to the starting point of the nasal bridge, and if we created more dimension from the nasal tip to the columella area, the proportions would be much better than now and the dimensionality would come alive. He said that because my nose is very small, it would be hard to raise it dramatically. Also, that suited my image too~ That was exactly what I was aiming for. Honestly, in my early 40s, how dramatic could I really become even if I tried? I just wanted not to change too much from my current image and only become a bit more feminine. Anyway, after consulting with the director, I felt like the concerns I had been having were largely resolved. So I trusted him and decided to have the surgery at the clinic. At the time I am writing this now, it is day 17 after surgery, and I really like the design too. From the front, my image hasn't changed much, but my side profile has definitely changed, so I really like it. I think I did the right thing!!! I thought I would have a lot of bruising and swelling after watching YouTube and reading other people's reviews, but oh- I was so glad there was less swelling than I expected. During surgery, I added and received a nutritional injection called Multi Blue that helps with recovery. I also got it after surgery, when the stitches were removed, and when the splint was removed. I received Multi Blue IV fluids a total of 3 times. Since I am older, I thought my recovery would be slower, so I deliberately took care of that, and I think it helped a lot^^ If you want a natural-looking nose that suits you well, I recommend it👍🏻
