My nose was originally slightly crooked, and for the purpose of correcting the crookedness and correcting the nasal tip, I had revision surgery with silicone + ear cartilage + artificial dermis added because my skin is thin + paranasal augmentation added on the doctor’s recommendation. It’s been about 50 days since surgery, and the silicone moves left and right, so depending on the photo, there may be a slight difference in how crooked it looks due to a change in the silicone position. The very last photo is from before the revision surgery. The doctor said maybe the left and right heights of my face are different and that it keeps leaning to one side, pushed it with his hand three times, and said let’s wait about 6 months now. Before surgery, he said correction of the crookedness, correction of the uneven nostrils, and correction of all nostril show from the front would be possible, but all of those parts got worse. He said the open rhinoplasty scar wouldn’t be noticeable, but now it even feels like the columella suture area doesn’t line up. And the doctor said, “Why does the nasal dorsum keep becoming crooked?” and said the left and right height levels of my face seem different. He said the nasal tip looking crooked is something that can’t be fixed with surgery. If anyone knows a way to find the cause or a possible solution, or can recommend a hospital that can handle it, please let me know. Also please advise whether I’m being too sensitive
