The manager and the doctor were both kind. I have a bulbous nose, and even with the price including nostril reduction it was cheaper than I expected. At first, they took photos and then brought me in, and they explained the parts of my face that were asymmetrical and said that if I had surgery, those parts would improve, which they explained in a fairly specific way, so I liked that.
