The consultation was very kind and thorough. The manager also felt professional, with a kindness that wasn’t overwhelming, and the director explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions, and I liked that they consulted me without seeming annoyed. They also recommended an ENT surgery that could be covered by actual expense insurance. The name of the deformity type... I can’t quite remember it. The surgery price was also not burdensome compared to other hospitals. The consultation left an impression, so I’m writing a review.
