I had a failed rhinoplasty and got it removed

I spent 9 million won on it… but someone with no aesthetic sense stretched and raised my nose without caring about skin tension or harmony with my face. Because of that, I felt an enormous amount of pressure in my nose. Looking back, costal cartilage wasn’t even necessary, but they used it, and because they tied my alar cartilages, my nose curled inward, so I couldn’t even breathe. My nostrils looked like the number 11, the nasal tip cartilage was visible, and the silicone was crooked… Why on earth did this happen to me… Even now, I cry when I think of that doctor. Starting with the way they treated patients… When I said I thought it had turned out too high, they got irritated and told me to come back in 3 months, saying that doing an after-service revision would not be difficult… I can’t forget that expression and tone of voice. It felt like their attitude was, “Just try coming back for after-service…” Their skill was already so terrible that I couldn’t trust them enough to get after-service, so I didn’t. Why do people become plastic surgeons… It made me wonder if they were the kind of person doing it just for the money. From the consultation, seeing that they lacked both the right attitude and mindset, I wondered if they were forcing themselves to do work they didn’t want to do just for money. My nasal structure became a total mess, I suffered from side effects, lived with depression as a hikikomori, and eventually just had the silicone removed at another hospital. The doctor who removed it said there was a lot to remove and a lot that needed correcting, and that it was not a simple surgery. There are ways to have surgery again at another hospital, but I went through so much emotionally that I’m just going to remove it and give up on my appearance. It was hard enough that I wanted to die, and with the courage I would have used to die, I got the silicone removed. When you consult for rhinoplasty, please make sure to look at the doctor’s attitude and sincerity, and definitely ask about the direction of the surgical method. During the consultation, ask the questions you need to ask confidently, ask about side effects too, and get surgery from someone who listens to what the patient says… If you ask questions during the consultation and the doctor gets irritated, seems annoyed, or avoids answering, just rule them out. Aren’t people like that either lacking confidence or hiding a lot? Be careful, really careful…! And for those who haven’t had surgery yet, I really don’t recommend rhinoplasty… Don’t do it… Including removal, this was my 4th surgery. I don’t want rhinoplasty anymore, to the point that I’m willing to give up on my appearance.
