I wondered if my first nose surgery ended up botched because I finished looking around so quickly and had surgery right away. So since this is a revision, I went to consultations at all four places. I thought about just going with the place I felt drawn to, but I was afraid it might go wrong again, so after the consultations I’m now debating all over again lol I also need to get revision surgery for my bulbous nose together, so I’m planning to focus on that. For now, I’ve been to Miho, Finish, It’sB, and DI. My nasal tip drooping is severe, so they all recommended costal cartilage, but some places also recommended silicone, and some didn’t recommend alar base reduction, so my head is all over the place What should I do in this kind of situation

언랴엉 Huh? Don’t do alar base reduction. If it’s because of a bulbous nose, using costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip really narrows the alar area to some extent... If you do alar base reduction too, your nostrils could become narrowed into an 11-shape. That’s why when I got my nose done at Louvre, I didn’t do alar reduction. Your airway could become narrower, so really think carefully before doing it
