Before before before before after after after after afterInstead of autologous costal cartilage, which everyone seems to do these days, it’s been one month since I had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
I had it done at a place that specializes in nose surgery, and I really like it. Autologous costal cartilage felt too burdensome, so I said I wanted to use only septal cartilage and ear cartilage! The director only did the procedures that were exactly necessary, so I don’t think it was excessive, and from the side as well as from the front, it looks sharp and defined. It doesn’t look too obviously operated on, but I think it turned out natural and defined.
Personally, the parts I like the most are the rounded shape from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, and the nasolabial angle. It doesn’t look unnatural, and when I look from below in the mirror, the nostril symmetry is well aligned too, so all my friends around me said my nose surgery went well, congratulated me, and asked which clinic it wasㅎㅎ
Director Kang Cha-young is an ENT doctor, so at first I wasn’t worried about function, but I was a little worried about whether the aesthetic part would be done well too, but wow. They just did the surgery perfectly, so I’m so satisfied ㅠㅠ! It really feels like they maximized the potential of my natural noseㅎㅎ
