Nose Surgery Reviews

2 years after eyes and nose at DA, and I’m seriously glad I did it lol (hump nose / implant-free / autologous costal cartilage)

I always had this hooked nose that stuck out, plus a bulbous-nose look with the tip drooping down, so showing my side profile was a real complex for me.. My eyes were asymmetrical too, and the space between them was wide, so my impression looked kind of blurry. I heard DA was top-tier for male plastic surgery, and somehow it’s already been 2 years since my first surgery there haha. During the consultation, the director designed a straight line that suited a male face, so I felt confident, and the result was exactly the sharp, refined look I wanted, so I’m super satisfied!! For my nose, I already had a bit of bridge height, so I only shaved down the hump and did the bridge without an implant haha. For the nasal tip, I did autologous costal cartilage together with bulbous nose correction, and the line came out really sleek and sophisticated. For my eyes, I did non-incisional ptosis correction with a slight epicanthoplasty, and my features became much more defined without looking artificial at all lol. Honestly, since I’m a man, I thought going to a plastic surgery clinic would feel a bit awkward, but there were actually a lot of men in the waiting room, so I didn’t feel self-conscious and it was comfortable lol. There were also several anesthesiology directors, so I felt reassured in terms of safety too.. The director didn’t push anything excessive and designed only what I really needed, so even now, 2 years later, people around me still ask a lot where I got my nose done hahaha. If you’re thinking about it, I’d recommend at least going for a consultation!!
