Nose Re-Surgery

Please help me just once with early removal, please

I know some people here may be sick and tired of hearing about early removal, but I had nose surgery without discussing it with anyone and now I regret it, so this time I want to ask someone, anyone, before making a choice, which is why I’m posting. You can seriously scold me as much as you want.. Or if you could give me advice on what I should really do in my situation, I’d be grateful. It’s currently day 5 since my first surgery. (Please don’t just dismiss this as me being obsessively anxious about swelling and read it)

I personally think there was a lot of manipulation because I had septal extension and bulbous nose correction too. The first reason I want to remove it is because I want to go back to my original nose. (I miss my wide nose, and the way my nose naturally moved when I smiled. They say septal extension never moves even after swelling goes down, and stays hard and unnatural..) The second reason is the horror stories about septal extension.. Narrowed airway openings. Nostril asymmetry. It’s so awful, and I didn’t know septal extension was like this.. Really... After extension, the septum bends, the airway openings narrow.. Why are they still doing a surgery that has these kinds of functional problems?..

Common sense tells me that when it hasn’t been long since the nose was opened up, restoring it quickly before the nasal tissues adapt would make it easier to return to my original nose, so I’m considering early removal. It hasn’t even been a week for me.. I keep thinking, could something still be done now? As time passes, scar tissue forms, and the alar cartilage becomes fixed while tied, so wouldn’t it be harder to separate later?.. Would the alar cartilage be weaker now, or weaker after 6 months..?

I don’t want removal because of the shape; I want naturalness, softness, no foreign-body sensation, and things like that, so I don’t think my mind will change even after the swelling goes down (or is this thinking wrong too?). Honestly, I think it’s best to avoid surgery as much as possible. Any surgery.. So if early removal can realistically get my original nose back (before more tissue changes happen), I want to do it, and if not, I want to let it go. And if touching my nose again through early removal is more dangerous than just living with my nose as it is, then I guess I should just live with it... I want to decide quickly one way or another, make up my mind, shake it off, and get back to daily life. Please leave comments.
