1. The reason the silicone became crooked (whether it was an issue during the surgery, whether it deformed over time, or whether it was due to my nasal structure or lifestyle habits)2. When removing the implant and nasal tip materials, to what extent can my original nose be restored?3. When I pull the philtrum downward, the columellar incision line looks sunken. What is the reason, and would surgery improve it?4. My original columella was somewhat recessed; if the nasal tip materials are removed, is there a possibility that the columella will roll inward? 5.
