I’ve had septal extension done, and my original nose was short, so if I remove everything, there’s a relatively high chance it’ll turn up. That’s why I think it might be better to leave the support strut in, but after reading other people’s posts, I keep seeing a lot of comments saying that if you leave the support strut, cartilage show-through usually develops over time?! I want to remove everything too, but since I don’t know what the shape will look like after removal, I’m anxious What does everyone else think about this?
