I’m planning to leave the support strut in, and the doctor said they would trim it so it doesn’t protrude farther forward than the alar cartilage, so it won’t show through... But when I searched around this community, I saw people saying it can show through? Is this not like nasal tip show-through where it protrudes forward and becomes visible, but rather shows through as it droops downward? I’m also not sure whether support strut show-through is common.. If anyone knows well, please help
