Kyaa, I think my nose has gone back about 80% to my original nose!!!! Maybe slightly higher than my original nose?? hahaha I had such a hard time too, so I’m posting this in case it helps... I didn’t use silicone and only had ear cartilage in the nasal tip, but I just had everything taken out. I feel so relieved hahaha I hope everyone is only happy
