Hospital A said they could take out the nasal septum and put it back in place, but when I went to Hospital B and asked, they said the mucous membranes are already stuck together, so it would be impossible to put the nasal septum back through that space.. Other than that, both were okay, so I’m torn

I want to remove even the strut in my columella. Has anyone here had it removed, or are there any recommended clinics?!?! And is removing a strut made with ear cartilage easier than removing one made with septal cartilage?

Almost 7-8 years ago, I had my first surgery with silicone + ear cartilage. Then 3-4 years later, because of a step-off from silicone at the nasal tip, I had revision surgery at the same hospital. 9 months later, a side effect occurred…
