Has anyone tried this?! I want to completely remove the columellar strut too,, Other than the big three, would it be okay to remove the columellar strut at clinics that are being mentioned these days?? My goal is for it not to lift up

The reason for leaving a support strut is that if you remove the entire strut, the nose shape becomes unpredictable. If the original nose was upturned, removing everything can make the nose look more upturned than before as it contracts…
