Revision nose bridge without implant / donated rib cartilage for the nasal tip, inflammation... please help

Almost 7-8 years ago, I had my first surgery with silicone + ear cartilage. Then 3-4 years later, because of a step-off from silicone at the nasal tip, I had revision surgery at the same hospital. 9 months later, a side effect occurred from the silicone in the nasal bridge. They drew blood once and said if it happened again, we should remove it, and then fluid collected again. They slightly opened only the inside and removed it right away. There was no contracture or twisting. But scar tissue formed, so the shape of my nose became a bit crooked. I lived fine like that, but recently, two months ago, to correct the crooked nose, I changed the nasal bridge to no implant and only the nasal tip to donated rib cartilage, and then I had an inflammatory reaction.. One month after surgery, my nose started swelling. I took antibiotics I had at home, then after the weekend I went to the hospital. It was swollen, but there was no externally visible inflammation. They told me to come in for 3 straight days to get IV Mobeloxin antibiotics, so I went. After that, they told me to take the prescribed medication for 4 days, so I took it all. But the pain that had been on the left side of the nostril wing moved toward the nasal mucous membrane, so I visited the hospital again. That day, they slightly opened the inside of the nose and irrigated it. It is now day 3 after irrigation, and it was okay for two days, but from tonight it started throbbing and hurting again... It is so hard and depressing that a surgery I paid 10 million won for is causing me this much pain.. My greed brought this trouble on me. I woke up at dawn from a dream and am leaving this post.. I am thinking about removal of the nose surgery materials. Among the top three, besides ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ, where is the other place? If I remove the donated rib cartilage, will I get a lot of contracture??
