These are photos of my natural nose. The previous consultations were done because I thought no cartilage support strut had been used, so I’m going to go for consultations again, but I’m worried there might be clinics that tell me to leave the support strut in place... What I’m debating is: 1️⃣ If I can’t remove the support strut, should I just get revision surgery only on the nasal tip (+ silicone removal)? Since my natural nose was originally bulbous and short like in the photos, should I leave the support strut in and just revise the nasal tip without an implant? vs 2️⃣ Just go for full removal at a place that says the columellar support strut can be removed (but I hate the idea of my nose turning up more than anything) My current nose feels more upturned than right after surgery because of the surgical method + (very occasional symptoms that I suspect may be inflammation), so I’m definitely going to have the capsule removed + silicone removed, but I’m worried about what to do with the nasal tip because of the support strut. Everyone with a nose similar to mine, please help me decide...
