[Total Nose Implant Removal] Please help me, I’m begging you

I posted in 2023 saying that my nose was still crooked even after revision rhinoplasty, but in just one day, I’ve now developed tenderness along the nasal bridge, and the right side where the silicone has shifted hurts a bit too. I even feel like it’s a little hard to open my eyes.. Could it be because the silicone is pressing on something? And it wasn’t visible before, but now the silicone protrudes more than my nasal tip at the tip of my nose, so sometimes it looks red and sometimes it’s started to look strange, like two lines. I live in Busan, and I don’t want to do revision surgery or anything anymore. I know it was probably my mistake to go back again to that factory-style hospital in Gangnam where I had my first revision, but if it keeps shifting because of an issue with my own anatomy, I’ll just end up worrying about the same thing again. But in Busan, there don’t seem to be any places that do total nose implant removal. I searched this community all night, and everyone seemed to go to Seoul for it. I have to go to graduate school in another region soon, and I don’t have money, so I feel like I’m going crazy. If it were only leaning to one side, I was going to just live with it, but this tenderness, heavy feeling, and the feeling that I can’t open my eyes are driving me insane. My panic disorder is already really severe, so I easily take medication about 10 times a day, and today I felt like I was dying all day. I can’t arrange to go to Seoul right away, so on the 20th, I’m going with my friend as their guardian for eye surgery to ㅍㅅㅈ in Busan and I’m planning to get a CT scan there.... They’ll definitely recommend revision surgery, I guess But I really want to remove it. I want to stop worrying about it and live my life. This is a situation where removal is needed, right? 1. My natural nose is really low, you know? Could it become even lower than that, to the point of depression/collapse? 2. My nasal tip uses autologous costal cartilage.. I do like my nasal tip, you know? But since my original nasal bridge was extremely low, I know the bridge implant has to be removed Then can the nasal tip be addressed with cartilage tying? 3. Everyone here who had total nose implant removal, could you please share your reviews? How much did it return to its original state? Were there no side effects Also the hospital and cost I’ve read almost all the posts uploaded here.. 4. Are contracture and upturning common? Sigh, I’m crying and shaking so much right now that I don’t even know if this is all I can say.. I’d be really grateful if you could tell me anything you know
