I had been doing really well, but after I happened to bump my nose, starting about a year ago it would get red or swollen, and when I compared it with photos from last year, my nostrils were much more visible from the front... I guess it’s contracture, right..? I want to remove it, but I work in the performance field, so it makes me want to cry. I’m worried that if I do a full removal, my nose might become even shorter or turn up more, so I’m worried about whether I should do a full removal or leave the nasal tip and go for a revision surgery without an implant. As I’ve been looking into this and that, these days I’ve watched Director ㅂㅊㅇ from ㅅㅍㅅ on YouTube, and also looked at a place called ㅊㄷㅊ, and because of some YouTuber I also found out about ㅋㄷ, you know? But are these places not good? I also want to know which places are considered the “top three”...
