The doctor and the director were both kind, the consultation was thorough, and they seemed very meticulous about aftercare too. But here they said my septum was on the small side, so I should use costal cartilage, and because my nose was also crooked they said I would need custom silicone. At another hospital, on the other hand, they said my septum was relatively large and my nose was crooked in a way that everyone has to some degree, so it wasn't severe. Since this would be my first surgery, if I don't need costal cartilage, I'd rather go without it, so I don't think I'll have the surgery here.
