At first, the doctor seemed to pursue a natural look. It was my first surgery and I wanted autologous costal cartilage, but he said that wasn’t necessary and that septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough. I showed him the nose line I wanted, but he said it absolutely couldn’t be done like that and that this was a nose that had to be made naturally, so I decided not to go ahead with the surgery.
