It was my first surgery, and at other hospitals they said my nasal septum was average and that they could use all of it, but here they said my nasal septum was on the smaller side and absolutely could not be used. But after asking around at other places, they said my nasal septum is average in size and not so small that it couldn't be used, so I was confused. But I think the director is probably very safety-oriented and has a high standard for nasal septum size. So they suggested surgery either by placing only one ear cartilage graft and inserting silicone, or using autologous costal cartilage. Since I don't really trust the maintenance aspect if only one ear cartilage graft is used, I probably won't have surgery there. There is pressure to pay a deposit, but not to an uncomfortable degree. The manager shows the materials directly, and it was very helpful. They explained that CCTV, anesthesia, and everything else are safe, so I felt reassured.
