After nose surgery, I ended up with alar drooping, columellar retraction, an upturned nose, a pinched nose, and an asymmetrical nose, none of which I had at all before. No matter how unattractive my nose was before surgery, I want to go back to how it was beforeㅠㅠ Even when my face is still, it looks bad, but when I smile, the shape of my nose is really a sight. My nostrils are literally triangular and ugly. Even when I went to the plastic surgery clinic several times to ask about it, the director and the consultant all looked at my nose and laughed, saying my nose is pretty and asking what on earth the problem is, and they said if I come back one more time saying it looks strange, they’ll record me and report me to the police…
