I had developed contracture after my first nose surgery with Gore-Tex, and this clinic only uses Gore-Tex. I found that out only on the day I went in for a consultation. My midface is long and my nose is on the long side too, so they said to redo only the tip with ear cartilage and raise the tip point. They said they would not add anything to the bridge because it might make my face look longer. They also said that, considering the effort involved, the change would be minimal. The consultation was calm and thorough, but during the consultation with the manager, the manager said that as well. They said the doctor said my nose is pretty as it is and I should just leave it. So there is no estimate. They told me to write down the estimate amount, so for now I will write 500.
