I’m one week post-op from philtrum reduction and revision rhinoplasty. My silicone implant was showing through, crooked, and causing all kinds of issues, so I had it removed and had revision surgery using only autologous dermis. The clinic was really pretty, and it was right in front of Samseong Station, so it was very convenient to get there by subway. The area between my eyebrows is still swollen like an Avatar, but it looks very natural. It looks so natural, like a nose without silicone, no matter who looks at it. I debated until the very end whether to use silicone or autologous dermis, but I also wanted to be free from implants, and with the doctor’s recommendation, I chose autologous dermis. I also had alar reduction, and I think that was a really good decision. I’ll have to keep watching the progress…
