I decided to have rhinoplasty to augment my extremely low, almost nonexistent nasal bridge and reduce my wide nostril wings. Because it was a clinic with only one director, they took very careful care of each patient, and it showed that the surgery was done stitch by stitch with great care. There is really almost no scarring from the alar reduction, and although silicone was used and it became crooked once, so I had revision surgery, people around me have told me many times that it doesn’t really look like I had surgery and that it looks natural. I wanted it to look truly natural, like my own nose, without raising it excessively, and I was really satisfied.
