The filler I had put in 13 years ago dissolved and spread, so my nasal tip drooped, and I did not like that my nose shape looked roundish, so I looked into rhinoplasty. Because of the recovery period and because my goal was a natural-looking nose, I proceeded with Cozelko, which grinds autologous cartilage and injects it into the nasal tip. There was almost no pain from the nose surgery, and I think the swelling and numb, tingling feeling lasted about a week. Only my ear hurt a little. I really like it because the shape is a natural straight-to-semi-slope line.
