I had nose surgery once in Busan 10 years ago, and as time passed it felt like my nasal tip kept drooping, and the bulbous nose look was not corrected well either. In the end, I wanted to do it at a hospital specializing in revision surgery, so I went all the way to Seoul and got revision rhinoplasty. I used silicone and autologous costal cartilage. They corrected the columella and neatly lifted the drooping nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, going back and forth from Busan to Seoul was burdensome and cost so much money that I wondered if I should just get the revision in Busan again, but after getting the surgery, I understood why people go out of their way to take the train from Busan to Seoul to have surgery and come back …
