Since it was a revision rhinoplasty, there were a lot more things I considered important when choosing a hospital than for my first surgery. For my first surgery, I just went if it looked pretty, but for revision surgery I thought skill and experience would be really important. I mainly looked at whether it matched the look I wanted, whether the director doctor had a lot of revision rhinoplasty experience, and whether it was a hospital focused on noses. This was one of those places..! Since it’s a hospital a lot of people go to for rhinoplasty, I thought there would be a lot of people and a long wait, but the wait wasn’t that long! After taking photos, during the consultation I showed them the line I wanted, which I had Photoshopped onto my own photo. I thought showing it Photoshopped from my original nose would be better than showing celebrity photos..? Looking at my skin quality and nose condition, they said it wouldn’t be difficult to make it the way I wanted, explained the surgery clearly, and drew out the expected line for me. First of all, the aesthetic sense matched mine, and the fact that the director doctor has a lot of experience with revision rhinoplasty was what appealed to me the most..
