I just had the hump shaved down and used septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The nose shape still hasn’t changed and remains naturally glamorous, so everyone I know says my nose turned out well Since the place is famous for facial contouring, maybe the director fixed everything well, because even after 2 years it’s smooth without sagging so far I want to take good care of it and stay pretty for life♥♥
