Breathing after nose surgery

It’s been two months since my revision rhinoplasty, but I can’t breathe well. If I walk fast and get even a little short of breath, breathing through my nose isn’t enough so I have to open my mouth, and even if I breathe just a bit forcefully, there’s a sound from my nose. So I went to an ENT clinic and had photos and a CT scan taken, and they said the inside of my nose is swollen and almost touching. Before the revision surgery, I didn’t have anything like rhinitis, and I thought maybe it was just swelling from the surgery, so I kept waiting. But even at two months, it’s still uncomfortable to breathe, so I’m posting because I wonder if something is wrong. Even if I breathe just a little forcefully, there’s a sound from my nose, and it feels like the airway has gotten smaller. I don’t think it’s nasal valve stenosis...
