Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

First nose consultation review, please help me choose a clinicㅠ

I live outside Seoul and I'm a college student, so I did as much online research as I could, narrowed it down, and went for consultations. I went to 3 places as a day trip. Right now, I like my nostril shape and columella, but I have slight depression at the nasal tip, and I feel my nasal bridge between the eyes is very low.

I prefer a natural look, and I think harmony with my face is the most important, so I don't particularly want a high or flashy nose.

Price doesn't matter to me, so clinic recommendations are welcome too.

1. ㅅㅇ The clinic was very clean, and the consultants were kind, which I liked. They took photos and a CT scan, then I had the consultation right away. The director looked at the CT and said my septal cartilage size was okay. But he didn't press on my nose or anything..ㅠ My nose is pretty soft, but it was my first consultation, so I couldn't ask..

The nasal bridge was also a concern, so the plan was silicone (about 3-4 mm), septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. He mentioned about a 5% chance of needing donated rib cartilage. But donated rib cartilage.. I don't really want to use it...

He kept asking if I had any questions, but since it was my first consultation, I couldn't really ask anything... When I said it was my first consultation, he explained everything, even the principles of rhinoplasty? so that was nice. Both the director and the consultant said my original face? was good enough that I might not need it, but if I really wanted a higher nasal bridge, I could do it and it would probably make me look more refined. He seemed very confident, and I liked that.

2. ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ The director seemed very firm, and the consultant was very calm. He said it would be good to do it like this and this. They didn't take a CT scan, only photos. But he told me the slight asymmetry I currently have could become more noticeable... and said it would be better to correct it only a little. He also strongly advised against silicone over 3 mm for my face...

3. ㄷㄹ They took a CT scan and photos. The consultant came in and looked at my nose, then the director came in. The consultation with the director alone seemed to last over 40 minutes... Personally, the consultation was the best... On the CT, my septal cartilage size was okay, but after touching my nose, he said my septal cartilage was too soft, and that because my skin is thick, my current nose shape can be maintained. (Actually, when I touch my own nose and then other people's noses, I had often thought my nose was excessively soft.) He explained that if I raise the nasal bridge and then lift the nasal tip to match it, it would be ~~~ like this, and he also looked at the overall structure of my face on the CT.

In conclusion, he suggested either raising only the nasal tip slightly without an implant, or using about 2-3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and using donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage plus ear cartilage to lift the nasal tip... He asked how I felt about choosing one of the two.... I personally don't want to use donated rib cartilage, so if I do it, I think I'd use autologous costal cartilage..

I had never thought about using rib cartilage for my first surgery, so I'm a bit torn, but since my nose really is too soft, it does make sense to me...

I'm so conflicted... Please help me choose a clinic... Clinic recommendations are welcome too. Thanks for reading.
