I had a consultation with the head director at ㅇㅈ. My nose is small but cute, and although the height is a little lacking, I like the nose shape itself because it’s delicate. I think it harmonizes with my face in a neat, well-balanced way, but lately I’ve been worrying more about improving the parts that look broad and flat, and other concerns, so I’m planning to get nose surgery. At first, I thought of it as a simple surgery: using ear cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone to raise it just a little, naturally.
But after getting a nose CT and consulting with the director, they said my nasal bones are wide, so after osteotomy they would bring them in a bit, shave down the slight hump, place silicone on top, use artificial dermis and cartilage under the nose, and use ear cartilage if needed to raise the nasal tip.. It’s a bigger surgery than I expected, and there seem to be many side effects, so I’m really scared.
They said my skin is very thin, so it can’t be raised much. Since I only wanted a subtle lift without making it too obvious anyway, that part is fine, but there are so many reviews about crookedness, collapse of the columella, uneven nostrils, inflammation, rhinitis, not being able to breathe through one side, and so on ㅠㅠ Is the nose really something you shouldn’t touch?
I went there through an acquaintance of my parents, and since the head director is famous for nose surgery, I’m trying to trust them and go ahead with it.
