It's been 6 months since I had non-implant correction of a bulbous nose, hooked nose correction, columella lengthening, and osteotomy, and I'm so, so satisfied. I feel amazed every time I look in the mirror haha. Other than the nasal tip being hard because septal cartilage was used, I don't think I have any particular discomfort yet lol for real. I was debating it because I heard this place pursues a natural look, and I ended up doing it here, but truly, if I don't say anything, no one knows I had it done. But it became prettier in such a natural way, so I'm satisfied. Since the hooked hump was shaved down, of course I'm satisfied with my side profile, and people said a bulbous nose is hard to improve without an implant, but for me, the bulbous look visible from the front also definitely…
