Before <front view before surgery> Before <three-quarter view before surgery> Before <front view after surgery> Before <three-quarter view after surgery> My nose was high, big, bulky, had a hump, a bulbous nose, a drooping nasal tip, thick skin, and there wasn't a single thing I liked about it... but today I got my splint removed and I've been looking in the mirror, taking selfies, and grinning nonstop They say it will take a few months for the remaining swelling to go down too, but I already like it so much that I'm wondering if I should throw a birthday party for my new nose I absolutely did not want silicone inserted, so I looked into implant-free rhinoplasty even if it might be a little less smooth I had the hump refined and the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage! My goal was to make it as safe as possible even if the shape was corrected less.. And the doctor also told me it wouldn't become as slim as I expected, and that I should lower my expectations, because my nose is just large in absolute size and the tissue is thick and that kind of thing... (But maybe he said that to me because these days a lot of people bring in super intense, glamorous-nose references) But the shape turned out pretty on the level of being reborn;;;;;;;; This is insane, my nose is so pretty I was too lazy and had no intention of writing a review, but I want to show it off so badly that I'll write a bit.. ha:;;; What do you all think!?!!!
