My nose didn’t have an overall slim, refined look, so after a lot of thought I got revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, and I really think it was a good decision. I went after seeing Reels and reviews, and unlike my first surgery, here I strongly felt that the director really listened to my opinions. After surgery, I came to feel the importance of ongoing care too, so I realized how important the choice of director is for revision rhinoplasty.... Now that my nose looks prettier, I also photograph well, so these days I feel like I’m living for the fun of taking photos.
