I'm here to leave a real review now that it's already been 3 months since my revision rhinoplasty. It feels like just yesterday that I was waiting to get the splint removed, but it's already month 3 haha. Now it has become so natural that I've almost forgotten I had surgery, and I'm living very comfortably. The swelling is only at the level of slight residual swelling at the nasal tip. I didn't have any particular side effects, and I feel like it turned out far better than I had imagined, so I'm satisfied. Honestly, it looks much more natural in person than in photos, and it doesn't look awkward on my face; it feels like it blends in well…
