I’m aiming for an extremely, extremely, extremely natural look, but my glabella is low, so I can’t avoid using silicone ㅠㅠ I currently have 27 mm in, but the silicone looks more obvious below the eyes than around the glabella. I’m debating whether to remove it and get filler, or lower it to about glabella 27 mm - 2 mm and nasal dorsum 18 mm - 07 mm and replace it with something paper-thin. It’s only been about 6 months since surgery, so my mind is leaning more toward revision surgery than removal ㅠㅠ Even just because it feels like such a waste to have had the surgery ㅠㅠ Revision to an extremely natural-looking nose should be possible, right?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
