I’m two months post-op, and once my nose swells and turns red, I even get tightness and pain between my eyebrows, which interferes with daily life. When it settles down, there’s nothing at all, but when it swells and something feels wrong, it’s like that. When I go in, they say it isn’t inflammation. Do surgical clinics ever hide early-stage inflammation? If it swells or turns red even a little, everyone gets startled, but at this clinic they make me confused, like maybe I’m just overreacting. Of course, I’m unsure too. Last time it seemed like a skin allergy from ointment and a face pack, but this time it was an ointment I had been fine applying before, and maybe I had a very sliiight hint of a cold this time. This time there’s slight swelling and tenderness between my eyebrows …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
