Last year, I had a silicone complication, so I had it removed and got revision surgery with autologous dermis at the place where I had my first surgery.
But I really don’t like the shape, so I want to do it again ㅠㅠ My nostrils look pinched, it’s crooked, and it’s just a mess.. If I have surgery again, would they be able to add more autologous costal cartilage?? The dermis that was placed on the nasal bridge has almost all been absorbed, and only my buttock is left with a scar ㅜ I lived with an Avatar nose for 6 months ㅜㅜ I regret going back to the place where I first had it done, and it’s really hard ㅜ
