During saddle-nose reconstruction, while correcting a deviated nose, part of my hump was undesirably ground down by rasping, and because of deviation on the opposite side, the hump area has felt sore when touched, and the nasal support area was shaved down, making it uncomfortable to wear glasses for years. Until now, aside from restoration methods such as pushing protruding areas back in except for the sunken area, or disguising it with cartilage, I had been frustrated because restoration of the defect in the hump bone was impossible. But I found a doctor who says that with government-approved restoration material, even if it cannot be restored 100% to the original state, restoration to the desired shape is almost possible…
