I’m thinking of removing the septal extension at the 3-month mark, and at a previous consultation at another hospital, they said there is tension at the nasal tip now, so the skin will gradually get thinner. If I’m going to remove it anyway, I feel like doing it sooner would make the skin thin out less, but the possible date happens to be exactly at the 3-month mark. If anyone has had removal at 3 months, did the skin thin out a lot? I’d be really grateful if you could let me know
